If the freight charge is specified on the item in our store, then that is the entire freight charge for that item. Freight for Storage, Workspace, or Mobile Cabinet products are only quoted on a per order basis.
If your purchase is less than 75 pounds it will most likely be shipped via UPS, FED-X, or other small package delivery service. If your purchase is over 75 pounds it will be shipped by a freight company of the manufacturers choice. The most cost efficient is to ship products to a business loading dock; delivery to a residence with a lift-gate will incur additional fees.
For an accurate freight quote on Storage, Workspace, or Mobile Cabinet products, the bill of materials must be in final form. We will need to know the ship-to address, business or residential delivery and if a lift-gate is needed. Once we get a freight quote you will be notified for approval before we actually queue your order for production or delivery. If you do not approve the freight estimate, your order will be held up pending resolution.
Returns for Storage, Workspace, and Mobile Cabinet products are in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. In summary, products can only be returned with prior approval and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee based upon list price and not necessarily the price you actually paid for the item. Built-to-Order products are generally non-returnable.
